This summer, give your child the opportunity to explore, discover, and grow at SmartFit Kids Summer Camps! We are excited to offer three unique camp programs designed to inspire creativity, develop skills, and foster friendships. Whether your child is interested in STEM, outdoor adventure, or creative exploration, we have the perfect camp for them. Plus, with multi-week discounts, the more weeks you enroll, the greater the savings!

Camp Programs:

STEM Camp (Ages 6-12)

If your child is curious about the world of science, technology, engineering, and math, our STEM Camp is the perfect place to spark their imagination! Through hands-on projects, campers will explore fun activities like building Lego structures, creating roller coasters, making solar ovens, and experimenting with slime and foamy fountains. This is an exciting, interactive way for your child to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a fun and engaging environment.

Field Trips: Swimming, movie theater, Urban Air, Mega Fun Center, Aviation Museum, Goddard Space Center, mini golf, and more!

 

Camp Schedule:

• Dates: June 16 – August 22, 2025

• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

• Before Care: 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM ($50/week)

• After Care: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM ($50/week)

Pricing:

• 1-3 Weeks: $385/week

• 4-6 Weeks: $365/week

• 7-10 Weeks: $345/week

• Day Camp/Drop-In: $100/day

Adventure Camp (Ages 6-12)

For children who love adventure, our Adventure Camp is the perfect fit! Campers will experience exciting activities like acting, investigating crimes like CSI specialists, exploring different careers, and learning meal preparation. They’ll also dive into the arts and discover creative outlets like painting and drama. This camp encourages curiosity and offers a hands-on, dynamic environment for kids to explore a variety of real-world skills and experiences.

Field Trips: Theater performances, police stations, restaurants, swimming, movies, Raven Stadium, and more!

Young Explorers Camp (Ages 3.5-5)

The Young Explorers Camp is perfect for younger children who are ready to discover the world around them! This camp combines play and learning, introducing kids to STEM concepts, art, and creative play in a hands-on, fun environment. With activities like building mini rockets and exploring nature, your little one will have a blast while developing important skills for the future. Please note: Children must be potty trained to attend this camp.

• Dates: June 16 – August 22, 2025

• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

• Before Care: 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM ($50/week)

• After Care: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM ($50/week)

• 7-10 Weeks: $390/week

Camp Shirts:  $15 each. If your child is enrolled more than two weeks in STEM/Adventure, we recommend to order 2 shirts as the campers do go on field trips almost each day and camp shirts are required at least two to three times a week.

  • 1-3 Weeks: $385/week (STEM & Adventure), $415/week (Young Explorers)

  • 4-6 Weeks: $365/week (STEM & Adventure), $400/week (Young Explorers)

  • 7-10 Weeks: $345/week (STEM & Adventure), $390/week (Young Explorers)

Payment Options & Information:

There are two payment options available for enrolling your child:

1. Pay in Full: Pay the total amount at the time of enrollment.

2. Pay by Installments (Payment Plan): Pay in three equal installments.

Payment Plan Information:
By selecting the Payment Plan option, you are authorizing SmartFit Kids to set up automatic payments for a total of three installments using the bank information provided. The payment schedule is as follows:

• First Payment: Due at enrollment

• Second Payment: Due one month after enrollment

• Final Payment: Due by June 1st

Please note that there are no processing fees for payments made via ACH. A 3% processing fee will be applied for payments made using a credit card.

Cancellation Policy:

• 60+ days before camp: Full refund

• 45-59 days before camp: 50% refund

• Under 45 days: No refunds (Please review full cancellation policy for details)

How to Register:

1. Complete the registration form.

2. Submit camp payment in full or by installment/payment plan

3. If your child needs to take medical on site, please fill out the medication administration form and action plans and have them signed and stamped by the doctor, send them to camp@smartfitkidsacademy.com.  Medication must be dropped off before or on the day of the camp.
